Shipping & Returns
Orders over $250.00 before tax will receive free shipping within Canada.
Feather Light Lashes and Academy processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major Canadian Holidays.
Orders will be processed within 1 business days. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Feather Light Lashes and Academy ships via Canada Post for shipping within Canada and DHL for all international shipping. Shipping costs will be a flat rate of $13.00 within Canada and Internationally will be calculated at check out.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when Feather Light Lashes shipped your order. Once delivery confirmations are available Feather Light Lashes is no longer responsible for your package if lost, stolen, or misplaced.
In store pick-ups - Orders requested for customer pick-up will be available the following business day (unless otherwise specified).
If the product you have ordered is out of stock in our warehouse one of our Feather Light Lashes team members will contact you immediately. We can either refund you or place the product on back order until arrival.
Returns, Exchanges, & Damaged Products
Feather Light Lashes adores their customers. Should there be an issue with your product we want you to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In compliance with sanitation regulations Feather Light Lashes cannot accept returns after product packaging has been opened, unless the product is deemed defective. If you suspect product is defective, contact us immediately. All product concerns must be submitted to Feather Light Lashes within 48 hours of product arrival. Anything after 48 hours will be assumed to be acceptable product to the buyer and no refunds or store credit will be issued.
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any liquid or tweezers products. By purchasing our products you agree to these terms upon checkout.

LOSS: IN THE RARE EVENT A PACKAGE DOES NOT REACH YOU, YOU HAVE UP TO 20 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE ORDER WAS MADE TO CLAIM A LOSS WITH YOUR LOCAL POSTAL OR CUSTOMS OFFICE. * Feather Light Lashes is not responsible for any extra charges that might incurred by a shipping fee or taxes. Customer is responsible to pay shipping fees on exchanges that are not for damaged or faulty product.
LIABILITY: By purchasing Feather Light Lashes products and thereby agreeing to these terms, conditions and policies. We are not responsible or Liable for any misuse of our product.These terms, conditions and policies are in force and binding with regards to all purchases of Feather Light Lashes products, past, present or future without expiration, except in the case that new policies or terms be set forth in a reasonable, accessible notice to the buyer.
